Here's a general solution of that differential equation for velocity with respect to the time when you take air resistance seriously: v(t) = a.tanh(c.t + d) with d = atanh(v(t=0)/a) and a!=0, c !=0

mass isnt needed for a ball falling down, neither is velocity or momentum. they are the effect of the ball falling down, but for the ball falling itself you only need the acceleration, which in this case is the same as gravity (9,81m*s^-2) and of course the air resistance, which only gets significant at large surface areas without aerodynamic properties
